What file types can I upload?

You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and common document formats. Each file can be up to 50MB in size.

Can I access Kincura on my phone?

Yes. Kincura is fully responsive and works on any device with a web browser. Just go to the website on your phone or tablet.

How many care recipients can I add?

You can add up to 5 care recipients per account.

Who can see my care recipient data?

Only you and the people you explicitly invite. You control what each person can access — within a section or down to a specific subsection, such as the medication schedule or estate documents only. Each collaborator is set as a viewer or editor, and you can revoke their access at any time. Collaborator access expires after one year and requires your renewal.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your data is automatically backed up and stored in encrypted databases.

Can I export my data?

To export your data, go to Settings and use the Download My Data option. You'll receive an email with a download link.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all of your records, documents, and personal information and cannot be undone.
